Hunter C. Carroll
HUNTER C. CARROLL (Hunter) was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 1971. He graduated cum laude from Samford University in 1993 and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cumberland School of Law in 1997. While in law school, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board. He was also a Cordell Hull Fellow and a Research and Writing Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Carroll's practice areas include nursing home and long-term care defense, medical malpractice defense, products liability and construction defect defense, insurance defense, including coverage, direct actions and bad faith, class actions, municipal liability and personal injury.
