August 01, 2004.Carl Hagwood obtained summary judgment for a pediatrician who is accused of medical malpractice in managing an intercranial bleed on the grounds that the Plaintiff's expert witness was not qualified to render opinions concerning a pediatrician's duty to manage an intercranial bleed in a child where neither neurological or neurosurgical consults were available.
