Carl Hagwood has been invited to speak at the Defense Research Institute's annual seminar Sept. 20-21 at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Hagwood along with co-presenter Kirsten K. Ullman with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith out of Tampa, Florida will address "The Tried and True Plaintiff's Case" discussing effective plaintiffs' tactics and opportunities for the defense.
A member of DRI's Medical Liability and Health Care Law committee, Mr. Hagwood has successfully litigated cases throughout the United States and is licensed to practice in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee.
